The year was 2010. Two young adults found themselves fresh out of high school, newly single, and starting their second semester at their local community college. A dashing boy made eyes with the confident blonde across their Sociology class and their story began. Their first 3 dates were sushi dinners and their nervous small-talk turned into long conversations. After spending much of their time together, Allison came to appreciate Thomas’ intellect, gentleness, and compassionate character while Thomas enjoyed Allison’s quick wit, accepting nature, and kind soul.

        Three years later they moved in to their first apartment to attend Cal State University of San Bernardino. Not long after that, they were joined by Marie - a snow-white kitty who remains the apple of their eyes. They’ve enjoyed the past several years cooking dinners and watching their favorite shows. When they’re not at home, they love to try local foods, see their favorite bands play and travel to visit friends and family.

        Although their personalities can be quite different at times, they have found it creates a nice balance and brings out their best qualities. They support one another in all their awkward phases and creative endeavors. They encourage each other to be their best selves.
